Büttner MT-SM solar modules
POWER LINE are always the first option when absolute superior performance is required in a small area.In order to produce solar modules in this kind of performance, individual monocrystalline cells are already selected in the first stage of production.
Only cells with exceptionally high output power are combined and processed in a POWER LINE solar module. To further increase performance, we also use special front glazing. This ensures optimal performance with direct light irradiation and, at the same time, improves current performance in diffuse lighting conditions and with a flat incidence angle. The absolute performance advantage was achieved by connecting four additional high-performance cells.
If you combine an MPP solar controller with a 40-cell POWER LINE solar module, the high output voltage ensures optimal performance. This also applies to unfavourable weather conditions.
Like all MT solar modules, the POWER LINE series was specially developed for tourism and adapted to the special requirements. As already explained with the BLACK LINE series, this effort is necessary if solar modules are operated on mobile use.On the one hand, this refers to special mechanical and thermal conditions. For example, the internal connectors of the cells should be able to compensate for the vibrations for many years and be designed for much higher temperatures due to the fact that they are mounted on the roof over the insulation of the vehicle. The requirements for the construction of the frame are also different from the standard standard modules. On the one hand, the frames must be resistant to torsion to protect the top glass plate and, on the other hand, it must ensure that the body movements that occur are compensated.
no humidity can penetrate at high speeds.
Each MT solar module has the following minimum requirements:
- 200 temperature changes from -40 °C to 85 °C with sometimes extreme loads of 85 % moisture
- Impact resistance test with hail bombing
- Any outdoor use in extreme heat and humidity conditions.
- Mechanical resistance at wind speeds up to 225 km/h
- Resistance to absolute fatigue;even for extreme operating conditions
- (Use of expedition) suitable
